Constitution Review

With the recent changes to the Incorporated Societies Act, the Club is required to update its constitution to remain compliant with the act. Failure to do so will result in the Club losing it's registration from 5 April 2026.

On this page you will find a draft version of the new constitution proposed by the current Committee. This is based on the existing Constitution and a template provided by Sport New Zealand. 

A motion to adopt the draft the new Constitution and to reregister as an Incorporated Society under the new act will be presented to members to vote on at the coming AGM on June 15th 2025.
